| On entering through the front door a set of steps takes you down to the main living/dining room with open fire place, tv / dvd, dining table and sofa bed (2 pers) 
Two double patio doors lead onto the terraces with magnificent views over the valley below, surrounding vineyards and the mountain range of the Alberes including the well known ‘Tour de Madeloc’.  | Access on this floor is also gained to the good sized kitchen, equipped with all you will need during your stay (including amongst other essentials washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher), in which the same stunning outlook can be enjoyed from it’s windows.

Upstairs (which enjoys a ‘balcony view’ over the living/dining room from the hallway) are the two double bedrooms with large windows and good storage space. |
The well proportioned bathroom with shower is located inbetween the two bedrooms.
| | | Reversible air conditioning makes this house the right temperatures in both summer and winter.
The communal pool is just a short strol from the front door. The large pool is complete with diving board and there is a childs pool for your 'water babies'!
Both pools are open from 15th June to the 15th Sept. Access is gained via a code lock.
